How to restart your RDS session.
If you are connected to the RDS Farm and experience problems with Navision, Outlook, or other applications, try closing and restarting your session completely to resolve any issues.
Follow this procedure to close your session completely:
- Right-click on the Windows (start) button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Choose "Shut down or sign out" and then Sign out.

- Now, restart your session, open Navision and verify if your problem has been solved.
